“This is an excellent first step in a path towards living wages for essential employees like ourselves,” - Esabel Chubka, Dietary Aide
I am incredibly proud of the people I work with for coming together to advocate for themselves and our residents. It is a relief to hear that the owner of our facility will finally take our demands for better wages and adequate staffing seriously. I believe this is an excellent first step in a path towards living wages for essential employees like ourselves.
